30 DAYS TO RETURN

We have a 30-day return policy, which means our our items are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned unworn, in its original condition and original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request to return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label via email, and we will share instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 18 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@barcobatto.com.

14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD (EU)

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to withdraw, meaning cancel or return your order, within 14 days of, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not carry out exchanges through our online shop. If you wish to return your original purchase and buy another product from our webshop, please refer to our return policy to return the product you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new product. Thank you for your understanding.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please check your item immediately upon receipt for any damages or issues. In the unlikely event that their is an issue with your item, such as damage, defects, please email us immediately at info@barcobatto.com, and include your name, order number or receipt, and a picture of the item showing the issue.
