   By visiting our website or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website our services.

2. Parties & Policies

   These Terms form a contract between you and BARÇOBATTO GbR, a partnership registered in Germany. For details about how we handle personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

3. Order Processing & Contract Conclusion

   By placing an order through our webshop, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. You will receive an order confirmation by email; however, the contract is only concluded once we send a separate shipping confirmation or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for legitimate reasons.

4. Pricing, Fees and Taxes

   All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT in accordance with German tax law. Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust the prices of our products at any time without prior notice.

5. Payment Methods

   We accept various payment methods including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal and Apple Pay. Payments are processed securely via third-party platforms. Full payment must be received before your order is shipped.

6. Shipping & Returns

   We ship to all EU countries as listed on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You have the right to return products within 30 days of delivery under the conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

7. Product Information Compatibility

   We make every effort to display product details, colors, and dimensions accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or natural material characteristics. Please contact us before purchasing if you have specific compatibility questions (e.g., product sizing, or allergies to certain metals, etc.).

8. Warranties & Guarantees

   Our products are covered by statutory warranty rights in accordance with German law. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We do not provide additional guarantees unless explicitly stated.

9. Liability

   We shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In case of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties). In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

10. Third-party services

    Our website may contain links to third-party services or platforms (e.g. payment gateways). We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of these services and encourage you to read their terms and privacy policies before use.

11. Right of Withdrawal

    Consumers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you receive your order.
